Sweden is literally doing this right now in the agricultural sector. /o\ Well, not to Koreans, but to other migrant workers. Oh dear :( Yeah, Japan's "trainees" now are mostly Chinese or Southeast Asian, and mostly working for smallish companies rather than agricultural, but the principle is very much the same.
