Yeah, as we were saying elsewhere, it's complicated. I think I had it easy (possibly too easy) because my first cfandom was Guardian, where you always have the excuse of "it's Haixing, not China"? I'm still not entirely sanguine about it because sometimes there're things you don't realise you need to research...) Yes, this, oh dear. I have a feeling there is a lot of this in my fics.
