I should do that. I have bad, what's it called, object permanence? when it comes to cooking, I always think of buying (veg/meat type) ingredients from scratch, which is a spendthrift habit.

I remember the rush I felt when that happened with me and Spanish (decades ago). Congratulations!
I mean, the contents of a dream are unverifiable and maybe it wasn't real Chinese at all, but it felt promising! ;)
